Hi.

Can you tell me what you use for a transplant work up diagnosis

code/codes?

We transplant kidney and kidney/panc.

Our primary dx we use for Lab and XRay requests are V728.3 -other Pre-Op exam

We have also used V42.0.

In any instance, I will not approved a physician, radiology, or Hospital bill

that does not have a V code in the primary DX position.
