Guest guest
IF SO CAN YOU SEND ME A COPY THANKS A MIL....................................... Even a general written policy on cash paying patients who deposit funds to the hospital for future services would suffice .. Do any of your written policies cover any of the questions posed by patient below. * interest earnings? * refund policy ( how long it takes ) if pt expires what guidlines does her family need to follow to retrieve funds ? * accessibility to funds ( example: she said if she is double listed and places funds here at UCLA but Mayo Clinic calls her and she needs to access funds to provide to their facility for transplant..How long will it take to obtain the funds..? * Are there options to where she can hold the funds... ( for example : designated accounts at her credit union or bank where it can earn interest in the event she is not transplanted for several years) ? * Can she open a special account thru her bank and provide a letter to UCLA from her bank stating she has funds set aside for the said medical services.? Above questions were posed bya patient.
