Appointment Quest and digital phones

I may have found a volunteer to set up my Web site. He does not want to have to build in appointments. I want to be sure I understand correctly that he won't have to do anything fancy but have a link to Appointment Quest, right? I also want only returning patients to use Appointment Quest so I can get a handle on how much time to tell them to book. (No, I don't have the guts Lynn has to leave instructions and have them followed. I have finally made a full transistion from paper calendar to Microsoft Calendar. To avoid double entry I have not put into Amazing Charts until the patient shows up for the appointment then I have to open the chart anyways. Is there a way to connect Appointment Quest with my Microsoft calendar or am I looking at double entry again? I'm sure I'll have more questions as I jump into one

Who has a good digital phone system? I love the RCA phones except I can only put on a 20 second outgoing message and it's just not enough time to list office hours, fax, etc. Other phones I looked at had only 12-18 minutes of message time and that won't work. I need at least 1/2 hour. I've tried AT & T and Panosonic.
