Injection Pain - plastic disc

Anyone remember the name or have a link for the little plastic disc with a hole in the middle for injections?

Disc has little bumps on it that make the shot less painful.

I guess kind of the gate theory -- ie rubbing a bee sting makes it less painful.

I was wanting to check into it again.

Anyone used it in the past?

Does it work?

I tried googling, but couldn't quite figure out how to find it.

thanks

I've never bothered with the cost of buying them. I kinda scratch the area lightly and give the injection lilghtning quick. I am known as the best for giving injections. Most people ask when I am gonna do it, and I say I already did. Staright in, staright out, I NEVER pull back to see if there is a blood flashback and have NEVER had a problem with it.
