We were told to put the MB 12 on the

insides of his wrists and rub them together until absorbed kind of like a

perfume. I don’t know if that is the “correct” way but that is what we do. I

would think anywhere the skin is thin such as behind the ears might work too. We

actually use it 2x a day, morning and night but we have been doing it for about

a year.

transdermal (and GABA l-theanine transdermal) by Springboard4health

Hi,

I had a question for the member(s) who posted about mb12

transdermal cream (and/or the GABA l-theanine transdermal cream) from

Springboard4health. I took the plunge and ordered both and have received

them. Although the pamphlet gave background on both products as well as

how to store them and how much use in a dosage, it wasn't specific about WHERE

to apply the cream. Whoever is using one or the other, can you please

offer me some specifics as to the placement of the cream on my daughter's

body. 1/4 tsp. is a small amount, so I'd like to try to get it in an area

that it will be absorbed. also, how often do you use it...daily, every

other day, etc. Thanks for any suggestions, advice or input.

Thanks

Have you seen any changes...positve or negative? How are you measuring the 1/4 tsp. dosage? How old is your son?
