Hello dear Listmates,

It has been a long time since I have posted on this list.

Except that " dysteachea " thing...

I have not heard Dr. Carbone yet, but he must be having a great sense of

humor...

I am facing another dilemma in the VB programming now. I love the RFFC

and then fading the cards to Intraverbals.

That way the child is really learning the concepts rather than a rote

memorization.

However, It seems to me that if I move the targets from RFFC to

Intraverbals they become the open-ended question.

Ex. Shirt - Something you wear. In RFFC, it is OK but when the target moves

to Intraverbals and if the child has more than one clothing item in his

rapatoire (pardon my spelling), it is an open ended question...

At the same time I move the target from RFFC- TFFC(Tacting

Feature, functions and class) -Intraverbals, it does not become an open-ended

question. He has more specifics.

Ex. Shirt - something you wear (RFFC), What do you do with this?(Card of

Shirt)- Wear (TFFC), same in the Intraverbal

What do you do with the Shirt? - Wear.

Is anybody else on the list, thinking like me? If so please shed some

light on my concern.

Thank you all for your thoughts.

t/ I can not remember whom I learned from, one of you had

mentioned teaching the body parts while playing the game of Lion and

pretending eating the body parts...

My son now just loves that game, He even mands me being the Lion. He is at

the point that he is learning the body parts incidentally while he is having

FUN...
