Guest guest
Hi all Sorry if this posts twice, had trouble with my computer I have a 3 year old son who I have been his therapist for over 18 months (recently got a few hours help per week) and we are relocating. Places we are considering do ABA/VB but one we would have to hire and do a lot of the training and supervision ourselves and the other is a school setting of 25 hours per week with well trained staff. I have had a couple VB consultants visit both areas and the school and other place are good according to these consultants. I wonder which is better, home or school. What do you see as pros and cons and have any of you done both and what do you think? I know the literature says it is the methods used and not the place but what do you as PARENTS think, are you better off in an environment where there is good supervisiona and control as in a school or at home where you can supervise. Thanks in advance Leighanne
