Which lab tests for PANDAS?

Hello all, I believe my son has PANDAS but to get the doctor to kick things up a notch in his treatment, I believe it would help if I had something "official" saying so. Can someone tell me which lab tests for this? Thanks a lot, Stéphanie B.
