Guest guest
Hi, How is everybody doing? To refresh everybody, I am the Ph.d student working on a paper about Ethical Issues on Home-Based Therapy. I am still working on the paper and would like to ask for more information. I have a few questions that I would like to ask the parents and the professionals/therapists. I prefer a private response to assure confidentiality. The questions: 1. What is your opinion about home-based therapies? (ABA/discrete trials, floor-time, speech therapy, son-rise, etc.) 2. What are the pros and cons of a home-based therapy? 3. What home-based therapy is your child getting? (For professionals: What home-based therapy do you facilitate?) 4. How professional are the therapists? (are they well-trained? do they practice confidentiality? did they give you informed consents? do they keep the data updated? 5. What suggestions can you give for the betterment of the interventions? 6. What do you think are the factors that detriment/hinder the child's progress? Thank you in advance =) R. Romero ps. I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the parents who replied to my previous posting.
