Hi,

A few weeks before we started ABA (5 years ago) we took our daughter for 10

sessions of AIT.

We were amazed at the changes in her. From my notes:

1day, after AIT we went to the town center, noise and crowd tolerance better

Eye contact!

2 day, Noises in the toy shop no problems at all. Shop announcements are no

problems.

3 day, We went on the bus today, the noise was no problems, is looking

around, seems more aware of environment.

4 day, Attention during the session was better, took a lot of interest in

the equipment and room surroundings.

5 day, Very well behaved, headphones stayed on for an Hour! Is she humming?

6 day, today is a Saturday, we went to a theme park, waited for her turn,

and the rides how she enjoyed the rides. Humming is still there.

7 day, Wanted a cuddle and a kiss! First ever, no protesting when I held her

hand.

8 day, feeling brave, went to the restaurant, very well behaved.

9 day, is this the same child I brought to London? She is alert and looking

around.

10 day, after the session we came home a good 4hour journey, she was looking

around in the car, and I was able to have the radio on all the way home.

Making vocal noises, not silent but actually making noises.

I have now trained in the therapy and give her a session once a week.
