The ones I like best are Ignorance is a Curable Disease and another one that is a shadow silhouette of 5 people, showing that we’re all the same. This a Seattle based for-profit endeavor, but they are committed to donating 10% of their profits to a charity. So far, they have a shirt for autism, diabetes (both type I & type II), heart disease & asthma. They are currently polling website visitors for the next cause/charity they should create a shirt for. They have a long list (DS is listed there), but I chose “other” and typed in for the use of the word retard. Donations could go to Special Olympics or the Arc, for example.
