Since you noted a measured spray is about 500 mcgs..of Methyl -Mate ---

And my compounded formula measured spray is 1250 mcgs.. of MB12.

I would need to use 2- 1/2 times (squirts) as much Methyl- Mate as my compounded formula to achieve the same dosage, right?

(----As my pharmacist originally told me....correct?)

It is definitely a typo. We have already changed to website.

BTW, 5 drops equals 1385 mcg.

A measured spray comes out to approx. 500 mcg or approx 2 drops.

We measured it when we were doing the research on absorption levels for sublingual vs. nasal.

Hi Cheryl from Sue,I'm happy to hear your feedback since that's what I originally thought.:)But---- when I called the pharmacist --Again ---just now to clarify it..He said the SECOND page on the Methyl-Mate website says it is 1.(point)385.... not 1,(coma) 3.85mcgs... so that's why he came up with2 -1/2 in difference... I just looked at my bottle of Methyl-Mate nowand it's very hard to see if that's a Period or a Coma..since the print is sotiny.... can you tell?.... It would be NICE if it were a coma...then it would be Nearly the same dosing..as compounded types...but still missing the folinic acid. Another thing... the bottle says 5 drops (sublingually) =ONE serving of = 1.385 mcg.Do we REALLY know if 5 drops is in one squirt of nasal spray?At any rate ..MAYBE Lori from New Beginnings can help clarify it..??IT MAY BE JUST AN ERROR ON THE WEBSITE PAGE...??? --That needs to be FIXED ----(if so)...Please let us know...Lori...THANKS ahead, Sue11b.
