Today saw some stalwart souls willing to brave the traffic AWEFUL!! and

light rain to take advantage of our 9-2 run today.

We just got our latest batch of Lucky Pig in, so come one come all for BACON

and our amazing Breakfast Sausage! Trad Fooder Amy was there demo'ing her

fabulous ginger-pickled carrot sticks among other things, and she left a few

with us so come on down...

Kathy presented us with more coconut butter; and just in time! 3 more

bottles went out after she came by, so just in the nick of time, Kathy!

Super Trad Fooder Becca made a cameo appearance to and, magically, the

clouds parted and we enjoyed a bit of sunshine while she was

there...coincidence? I think not...

We also got our inventory of the wonderful FULLY organic frozen pizza

yesterday, which a few folks took full advantage of today too! Talk about

an easy healthy break from having to figure out what to feed the kids! For

those who were at the openhouse, it was the pizza that Jerry was serving

faster than he could cook it...

Dr. and the family showed up to help put some miles on the kids' play

area and a few folks new to the wh stopped by to check things out. (Thanks

, it was great to meet you and talk with you). mentioned/confirmed

the rumor I heard that the Fresh and Natural in Bloomington really is kaput.

So sad to hear that, and we'll do what we can to pick up that slack. We got

requests today for several kinds of organic flours and we will work towards

getting some of those. I spoke to Will about that later and confirmed that

we WILL get some good organic buckwheat flour in the very new future.

We sampled some of Barb's super-good Lemon-Berry Black kombucha, which was

well received too.

Thanks to ALL of you for making our first week a really great experience!

We are currently running Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. If anyone has

a 'party' emergency, by the way, feel free to give a ring to myself, for

sure, since i live less than a mile from our WH. I can be there for those

bacon emergencies we all have from time to time or to hook you up with brats

for the game!

Cheers and many thanks; you guys are making this happen!

Alan
