North carolina MRDD funds???

For those who live in NC

I heard that the waiting list is going to be eliminated and there

will be funds for everyone. I am planning to relocate as soon with

my son in late August and need funding for ABA/VB and wish to find

a " friendly " area where I can get funding without a battle? Help or

Suggestions would be appreciated.
