Hi ,

http://depts.washington.edu/otoweb/patients/pts_specialties/pts_nose-n-sinus/pts\

_nose-n-sinus_septoplasty.htm

I had mine done along with the nose job [which required breaking the

nose to reset it] when I was 24. I really needed the septoplasty as I

was fainting a lot due to lack of oxygen. My nose was not working well

at all.

I hardly bruised at all from the surgery, and was very happy with the

results. No more fainting, and I looked much better with a smaller nose.

I was never in any pain, and I don't remember using any meds.

Stitches, packing and cast were removed in a week. Although button

noses were " in " , my doctor thought it would not look well on me, and

he was right.

Did you have the nose job too? I hope you'll be as happy with the

results as I am with mine.

Love,
