Timeline to Apply for Medicare?

Wondering if centers have a particular

timeline that they have their patients on dialysis with commercial insurance transplant

coverage apply for Medicare once approved for listing – do you have them

apply then (so that at least Medicare A in place when they have a transplant)

or wait until closer to the end of the COB period?
