VB instructor positions available

The Mariposa School is expanding it's programs now that we have a new site for

our school in Cary, NC. We have positions available for instructors, either

part time or full time. Benefits are available to full time employees.

Instructors work one-on-one with students, employing techniques described in

Sundberg and Partington's " Teaching Language to Children with Autism and Other

Developmental Disabilities " as well as many of the techniques used by Dr.

Carbone. We have full time, part time, and hourly students in our

program. Teachers who work full time will work with multiple children during

the day.

We have taken special care to provide a setting which is free of environmental

issues so that the children can spend their time at school learning, rather than

battling allergies or other problems caused by the surroundings. Special

lighting is being installed because many children with autism have problems with

fluorescent lighting.
