This is what I thought when we got the test results! Does this mean he

isn't actually intolerant to almonds????

well if the number is high that means you are producing antibodies to it, meaning you ARE reactive to it, if you are do it daily the good news is you can see them come down quicker with having them out or rotating it rather then the things you are rotating and those being high, does that make sense

From what I've learned(please correct me if I'm wrong) If you've had alot of a certain food you may show more sensitivity to it vs. if you only have the food once or twice a week??
