School districts in Wash, DC area

Hello,

I'm posting for a friend without internet access. Her son is turning 3--a

very verbal child with Asperger's and ADHD. Needs social/relationship work,

and a place that manages to capture and maintain attention with positive

behavior strategies. She's moving to Washington, D.C. In the spring. She

would like input as to positive communities with good preschools and

services in the Washington DC area. Her husband is in the military or in

government related service. Please email me with information about
