Dear Group,Our Group Hompage states:The vast majority of EN patients are younger women, but men, older women, and even children can be affected.In the past few days we have had members join who fit into these rarest of categories. Except for the possible hormonal triggers that would not affect males or prepubescent girls, EN is diagnosed, investigated and treated in similar ways. EN, like most autoimmunity, is often considered a "woman's health issue" and as such probably gets even less attention and research than it deserves. The fact that we are finding more and more people who don't fit into the usual categories of patients makes us aware that EN can affect anyone...any age, any race and any nationality.Love,
