Guest guest
Wow, my goodness, I had NO idea, I think you explained me pretty much in the eating poorly part of the digestion. No worries, dear Alice towards you, all I have is love and admiration for your caring of how we here feel both physically and mentally. Boy, I knew there was a huge connection between what we eat and how we feel, now I see it is also the time, how we eat, how much...I must really watch myself, I am a late night snacker, I admit it, I eat pop-tarts late at night when I am writing to you all, hehe *thinks me might get a better idea and write earlier in the evening, wow! lol* Thank you again, for your always healthy information. I am honestly, if you will pardon my way of saying this, the poster child for bad eating habits....This will teach me! * warm smile and wink* Namaste, LUNA > > Proper Digestion - A Necessary Ingredient for Good Health > > Do you have all of these signs that indicate that your digestion of food is working properly? > > * Bright eyes * Pleasant body odor and breath * Clear, straw- colored urine * Normal feces without strong smell * No discomfort after eating * No belching of gas * Enthusiasm for life and work * Cheerfulness * Abundant energy * Strong resistance to disease * Hunger before your next regular meal > > If you don't have these signs, then there are probably things that you can do to improve your digestion.
