Guest guest
IT might be a good ideadepends on the pricedepends on whether youa re locked in for along timejust starting out it is relaly good to keep costs verylow. an " office set up for two " might be for two traditional practices and might cause you to leas e more room than an IMp uses use impcenter.org and click on the knowledge base to get to the " wiki " see if that helpsGood Luck! I need some wisdom on setting up a solo practice. I am a PGY3 resident looking to set up an IMP in a smaller town in the Ohio area. I am currently in talks with a hospital that is wanting to bring in an FP because there is a need in the area. There is a physician whom I will refer to as Dr M who is an FP in the area and is looking to lease office space to another solo practitioner as a way of lowering her overhead. The office is set up for two physicians but she is currently the only physician in the office. As part of the lease deal she is thinking of lumping in rent, utilities, equipment use into one price. What do you all think? Any suggestions?
