New office announcement letters

I am on schedule to open my new practice in February. I was wondering

if anyone had a templated letter or website I could get a templated

letter to send out announcing my new practice. I want to send a letter

to physicians in the community to let them know I am open and what my

practice will offer. Hopefully this will get some referrals started.

This will be the start of my advertising campaign to get patients to

the practice.
