Guest guest
Dear Randy, This resonates very much with me right at this moment! I have been doing much inner work on being authentic and opening up chakras and " reliving pain from past lives and this lifetime " and it seems that once I clear my heart chakra and feel like, Oh, this is wonderful, Bham!! Here comes more to work on...Yes, indeed it is a very dark, exhausting, and seemingly never-ending process. I must have patience. My meditation does help me to just observe, sit with my thoughts and learn. Buddhism for me really has been very helpful. I also work with my chakras, stones, I am very eclectic. It is what " feels right " for lack of better word for me. I utilize many tools, my mind being the biggest and most helpful. Although as you wrote in your message my mind does get a bit off course and I try to " change " some things that I need to let be, so that I may learn. Thank you so much for your post and sharing your friends post, my brother!!
