This is exactly what is wrong with the

current approach. The NCQA’s PPC PCMH scoring tool over-emphasizes

infrastructure. Bob Berenson’s article in health affairs covers essential

points in what is wrong with the tool, I strongly encourage folks to read this

if you want to weigh in on regional and national policy discussions. Berenson’s
