Hi,

I don't use grains, I use kefir starter. If you google water kefir, you will come up w/a few sites that give instructions using grains. Below is one that I found. Good luck.

Water Kefir--I know someone makes it...

I know one of you makes water kefir--is it Dana??? Well, I got my grains--how do I make it--do you make yours with sugar or fruit juice? How do you do it. I got instructions but it was just with sugar--I think there is a way to do it with fruit juice, right? Thanks in advance. Beth
