Lee Silsby sells the Pure Encapsulations brand of pycnogenol. It is expensive but very high dose per capsule compared to others that I have seen.

for biotin I like country life's the best, it's a 5 mg dose which is a nice high dose and it's really tiny to work on swallowing pills for little ones, and you can still always open it up to sprinkle on foods or into drinks

Thanks. These seem like supplements that could do some good for my kids. The more I read on them, the better they sound. And it sounds like Biotin is really working for a bunch of people here.

Are you using this supplement? Have you seen any changes with it? I haven't seen anything that anyone personally mentioned about it but it sounds like it would be great for our kids.

I believe this has a soy base so if you have soy issues you may want to check on that one

it's kinda like a pre or post probotic in a sense, good bactieria PRODUCES biotin, so if your child can't tollerate probotics or you need to get the gut in good shape quickly or want to crowd out other Bad things like yeast or bad bacteria this can help like a probotic in a sense

Thanks. Then it's okay to give it with probiotics? Right now I'm using biogaia and mindlinx probiotics. I give the bio gaia cuz my son has reflux (burps and swallows often) and often pukey breath. I heard this l.rheuteri strain can help with that.
