Sounds neat -- tell us more re phone tag

Time Sheets

Hello,I dont write too often, but I must say this. I find this group a verygood resource for my Practice not just in terms of ideas but thedifferent approaches people bring to the practice of medicine.I have been using paycyle for payroll and find it very convenient, butwas wondering what spftware people use for time sheets. I use Tsheetsbut want to move on to something I purchase rather than a mont tomonth fee.I also want to share my experience with Phone tag- which transcribesvoicemails. I forward my office phones after hrs and also duringoffice hrs ( no answer call forward ) and it has been a great reliefto be able to 'see' my voicemail. If you are interested in a freetrial , email me offlist.GratefullySangeetha Murthy

Well , mostly I have some hearing loss, am more of a visual person,

so you get an account number , and you have your no answer call

forward number set to the number Phonetag provides you. When we dont

pick up or choose not to pick up, it transcribes the recived

voicemail( you can even forward wav files to it via email)

Your transcribed message is delivered to any number of emails, text

phones that you choose.

So I have

my cell phone

office phones forwarded to my Phone tag number

messages are delivered to

me( cell Phone) and

my office manager/ recpetionist

Its not entirely accurate , but amazingly sufficient.

So now I am prepared to call the person back, can always track the

message in my inbox.

Am not on my cell Phone quite as much( am still a little leery about

cellphones and brain tumors)

I love it and have infact opted for the unlimited message

transcription option.

for example..

Good morning Dr. Murthy, this is the operator at Sharp Memorial

Hospital. It's Tuesday, the 23rd, 10:32AM. (9 South?) is requesting to

speak with you, if you can give them a call back at .

Thank you.

(?)= The word is spelled phonetically, usually happens with names and

places.

(??)= Sorry, we can't understand this word or portion of the message.
