Guest guest
Not from me. I happen to agree. Just because it's natural doesn't mean it's safe. People get lulled into this false sense of security that naturals are better and safer than Rx when they can be just as deadly, damaging and dangerous. They still carry risks. Cheryl Seems to me that there are as many problems with alternative meds sometimes as regular western approuchs..... Remember for thousands of years people used natural plants etc. to kill one another. There really needs to be a CDC/WHO or some other organization to conduct "double blind" tests etc. to determine the best treatment, IF any that is available currently. True, as a parent of a Asperger child I'd rather hear that there is a great, under reported producule just waiting to help my child. However the truth or at least safest answer is that there is none currently..... That isn't the answer I want, but it just may be closer to the facts as we know them to be, albeit not the preferred answer. I assume I'll now get flamed for not maintaining a 100% pretense that all is well and hunkydory!
Guest guest
Yep, so do I. The body doesn't know whether the product you are introducing is from the pharmacy or the health food store. Guest guest
Rx and Naturals both have their place....with knowing doctors who take a genuine interest in your child's wellbeing. It's not wether you chose Rx vs natural. The real question is: Does your doctor know what the hell he's doing? If so, your success will follow. > > > > > Seems to me that there are as many problems with alternative meds > > sometimes as regular western approuchs.....
