Guest guest Posted December 29, 2008 Report Share Posted December 29, 2008 Ok Here is what I am doing differently from myu prior office set up 1.paycycle $42/month/ direct deposit/ efile/ 2.tsheets for time sheets ( free service) 2 accounts 3.web appointments $9.99per month. 4.email ( very useful for capitated patients) 5.credit cards (quickbooks credit card kit) 6.thinking of lockbox services for money deposits and cash management 7.erxnow for refill request ( free) 8.onebox for virtual pbx ($49.99 per month) very flexible for my needs which include several calls from the hospital directly forwarded to my cell phone- much improved communication with nurses), messages can be forwarded to phone tag for trancription then forwarded to My office manager's email/me cell phone 9.Phonetag for transcribed voice mail ( my cell phone and office hospital calls) 10.Sharps by mail 11Amazing Charts 12.Plan to start using HYH 13.Less space( one exam room only) 14.quality employees(pay them well) Question: Am I missing something ?
