Question--The anesthesiologist office is telling me they have contacted

Medicare and was told that they should not bill the recipient's

insurance for the anesthesia bill. Is this correct? I thought since

it was the day of transplant and a physician charge then the

recipient's Part B would cover the cost. What can I tell the billing

department in order to get this claim paid? OR is it to be added to

the KACC?

Thanks.
