Guest guest
New and wonderful topic, The Dentist. How old was your PID child when they first saw a dentist? Do you use precautions (abx, anything else) when seeing one or having work done? Do you need sedation for a simple cleaning? Will your dentist work with you well about the PID problems? Macey turns 4 next month and I'll admit she hasn't seen a dentist yet. Dr. Harville said she needed to see one last year but we can't find anyone around here who will take her. They're all too chicken. So the closest is 2 hrs away which makes it a pill if she needs any fillings or anything else and we would like to coordinate it with other sedation appointments here in our town. We would prefer her to see a pediatric dentist but at this point no go. Looking forward to hearing from everyone. P.S. yes my backwards child has decided to start getting sick when summer hits. cough and cold time here.
