Guest guest
I checked both of these places when I was looking for rennet (at least the Wedge knew what I was talking about....) I called Whole foods (by Lake Calhoun) and they said they carried it, but when I drove there within the hour, they didn't have any left. (Apparently there had been a " run " on it......?) picked some up for me at the Stillwater Co-op - correct me if I am wrong . By the way, I bought the acids I needed for cheese making, at Midwest Brewing in St. Louis Park ( got jars for kombucha there as well. Fun place, staff is extremely helpful.) Guest guest
I don't know of any place locally, but I get mine from the Dairy Connection in Madison, WI. Prices are very reasonable, especially the cultures, and I usually split an order (including the bottle of rennent) with someone so shipping isn't too bad that way.
