New Sauerkraut and Kimchi at Warehouse Today!

I have some wonderful fresh Sauerkraut and a Minnesota Mild Kimchi

that I will be delivering to the Warehouse at 9am today.

The Kraut is in quart jars for $12 and the Kimchi in pints for $11.

All the veggies are local, sustainably grown. I ferment with good

celtic unrefined sea salt.

My new favorite way to eat kraut is for breakfast. It kicks better

than coffee! Try these two recipes:

Slow Kraut Breakfast:

Make some oven roasted cottage fries.

Make an omelette with the following ingredients:

Alvin's eggs

Pastured Butter (raw if you can!)

My Sauerkraut

Any raw cheese

Ohmy! Its so yummy!

Fast Kraut Breakfast:

Toast some sourdough or sprouted grain bread and slather in butter.

OR warm a sprouted tortilla to make a burrito.

Scramble two of alvin's eggs, add sliced raw cheese at the end. Top

with a heap of my Sauerkraut. Mmmm!
