Guest guest
I'm a fringe member of this group because I don't eat meat, but I wanted to let everyone know that I'm starting to offer cooking classes from my home. There are two open spots available tomorrow night for my raw/living foods class. We're focusing on soaking and sprouting grains, seeds, nuts and legumes, ways to incorporate more raw vegetables and foods into your current diet, and bringing balance to the body through small healthy changes. More raw vegetables and sprouted grains in a diet benefits everyone - not just vegetarians! While this class will recommend but won't focus on fermented foods, I hope to offer a class in the future teaching about raw milk yogurt and kefir, making homemade kimchee and kraut, rejuvelac, and homemade fermented proteins like miso and tempeh. Class starts at 7pm Wednesday in NE Minneapolis. Questions welcome!
