Let theme hear our voice, even if you are not from San DIego!Dear Parent Connection Member,The County of San Diego Health and Human Services Agency and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in light of the recent measles outbreak, are interested in learning more from families that choose to vaccinate as well as from families who choose not to vaccinate. This survey is an opportunity to let these public health agencies know any concerns you may have regarding the current vaccine schedule or declining rates of vaccination. The responses will help determine the agenda for answering the questions on the minds of parents considering vaccination and should not take more than 20 minutes. It is completely anonymous, without identifying information. Your time is truly appreciated.
