Guest guest Posted September 27, 2008 Report Share Posted September 27, 2008 Lunch today was grass-fed beef taco meat (something I make up in big batches and freeze in meal-size portions) on sprouted corn tortillas with homemade guacamole, cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa & cilantro. I also served some refried beans on the side. I had a can of pinto beans in the pantry. I put them in a cast iron pan and fried them up with some of Will's bacon grease instead of lard and some sea salt. My daughter said they were a little smoky but good!
