Guest guest
My colleage went through the same thing yesterday. What we ended up with is that the Walmart Kidneys do not require casemanagement - it falls under the regular benefit plan as long as you are contracted with your local Blue Cross We called (to obtain general benefits from the out-of-state BC - ours happened to be BC of AL) Then called - when calling this number, state that you need to speak directly to a casemanager or supervisor to discuss starting a case. GOOD LUCK - It took us 3 days!!!
