Guest guest
Hi, Got some paperwork back from doc. Can you all tell me if this is really high, just a little, or of little concern. Reference range: IgG < 1:10 IgM <1.20 Results: IgG 1:160 H IgM < 1:20 Paperwork just says: Past infection (under interpretation) Now what? Thank you, Carolyn
Guest guest
You are a little high. It's not horribly high but it could use a bit of work.CherylHi,Got some paperwork back from doc. Guest guest
If that's the route you want to go, absolutely. We don't use naturals so I can't be much help to you there other than to tell you that yes, Lysine is a natural antiviral.CherylWhat kind of work? Lysine?? Thanks Cheryl.CarolynYou are a little high. Guest guest
Are you using Valtrex? Would my son's numbers warrant Valtrex? Guest guest
We have used almost all the antivirals! We've done Valtrex, Famvir, Zovirax and we are now back to Valtrex and possibly adding Immunovir. We have *major* issues here. But to answer your question, yes, you can certainly use Valtrex. Negative titers doesn't really mean much as many children seem to benefit even without high titers. Probably because there are millions of viruses out there and we only test for a select few. Stan's son had normal titers and still benefitted greatly from anitvirals.CherylAre you using Valtrex? Would my son's numbers warrant Valtrex?
