What are the MOST important tests when seeing a new DAN?

What are THE MOST important tests to do when seeing a DAN doc? We've done quite

a few

but certainly not all. For example, we've never done an Amino Profile or EFA

test, etc. Also,

never done a Viral Panel. I would like to have a list of things to discuss and

try.
