Guest guest
My son is in the same situation. Yeast gone but so is his good bacteria and now theres more of the bad ..I have had a couple recommendations. garlic, oregano, uva ursi, and biocidin. I have beem boiling fresh minced garlic and straining adding to juice and doing oregano. What bacteria did your sons test show? Dealing with Bacteria Anyone have advice on bacteria. My son's yeast problem has cleared up, but now we have bacteria problems. I want to try a natural solution first. I recently made the coconut Kefir and that is supposed to help. That is when he had the neon green poop and I was thinking that was a good thing.I am a bit confused on bacteria and what I can do to prevent it in the future.Any advice appreciated. Guest guest
It depends on the type of bacteria and the child but berberine and/or goldenseal worked well for my son on a particular strain of bacteria (sorry, I can't recall which) but now he has clostridia and klebsiella (i think), talking to DAN next week about what to try. Uva Ursi is can be effective also but you should only give it for short periods of time and under the direction of a doctor. Guest guest
www.drovermannd.com/index.cfm? fuseaction=category.display & category_id=54 Check out this website...it's Dr. Overman's herbal remedies for parasites, bacteria, fungus, etc. Take a look at Proteka and Puricell. Those are the products that we just started on to take care of bacteria. Puricell is an amazing product because it forces the viruses and bacteria out of the cells. Proteka is taken twice a day, puricell is taken only once per week. Dr. Overman is all natural/herbal products. Let me know if you would like more info on how to get the products. karen > > It depends on the type of bacteria and the child but berberine and/or > goldenseal worked well for my son on a particular strain of bacteria (sorry, > I can't recall which) but now he has clostridia and klebsiella (i think), > talking to DAN next week about what to try. Guest guest
We've also been fortunate enough to beat the yeast problem after 8 months solid on Threelac. Oddly enough, we still couldn't stop the Threelac because he has mold/mildew in his system. The Threelac is working it's way thru that mess as well. His regression symptoms were identitacle though. When we took him off of Threelac briefly while he still had yeast, he regressed into tantrums and stimming. Likewise, when we took him off of threelac when the yeast was gone, we had a similar regression. Perhaps some of you who are noticing these regressions/plateaus might also check for mold/mildew. karen > > Anyone have advice on bacteria.
