Specific Carb diet book????? ideas???

I've been to pecanbread.com. Great stuff there. Is there a book with

all that info where I can take it in my book bag. I do my best reading

from my book bag.

Yes, it's called Breaking the Vicious Cycle. You can purchase it in health food stores, on Amazone and I thought there was info right on the pecanbread site.

The book is breaking the vicious cycle...but I would check it out, not

purchase since Pecanbread is the more appropriate intervention for our

kids - the book was created to address crohns and UC without all the

neurological issues and yeast etc that present as autism...cheers.---

The most up to date version is supposedly geared toward autism. I believe it explains what is appropriate for autism vs. crohns, etc. I haven't seen it but this is what I heard when I was a member of the pecanbread listserv.
