> This is the first time I am posting on this site. In connection to Sara's

Diet. I have my five year old daughter on the diet (previously GF/CF only for

three years and no response although test from Norway states she has aproblem

with both) and she has responded positively so far. Since being on the diet

which has only been for six weeks now, she has lost her squint in her right eye

and her perceptual problems seem to be getting better. She also never used to

be able to walk further than 500m without asking to be picked up because her

right leg used to drag - this no longer happens. She is definitely responding

more to her therapies - both at OT and physio and she is listening and

responding more to people around her. Her eye contact is much better. But it

is still early days yet, and we still have another three months to go until

lutein is supposedly out the system. All I can say is that after reading the

book and doing my research, it made sense for me to at least try the diet.

Hope this helps!
