Hello all -

First, no! There is no such thing as a jerk when it comes to us

helping each other. I think you worded your tough love quite nicely.

We have been mostly dairy free for about a week now. I am striving

for completely, but I am also in the middle of a move, preparing to

interview for a teaching position with a college, etc... Forgive the

excuse-making.

Anyway, since we've cut dairy out, my dear daughter has begun to

complain of many symptoms she described prior to biomed

intervention. She is lethargic, has tummy ache, says she can't go to

school, everything hurts, very emotionally delicate. She's not happy

to be off dairy, might I add. Much like taking a crack addict off

crack.

I was wondering if those of you who removed offending foods on a

single elimination basis, did you see withdrawl? I can't tell if she

has a virus, is flushing toxins because she played two soccer games

and ran a one-mile race in four days, or if she's reacting to coming

off dairy.

Add to that, I have been reading STan's website... I have many

amalgums... rubbery palms... bad breath... stinky feet... bloated

gut... lactose intolerance... all the signs. Where to I start to get

my own health together? I inconsistenly take acidopholous pearls and

omega oils, and I bought a gentle detox tea yesterday at GNC. Is

there an established protocol for recovery from amalgum disease?

Thanks for your kind assistance. No offense will be taken for your

input. ;-)
