Anti-fungal/Anti-viral Protocol spelled out?

Been through the site and files and have not been able to find a very

clear guide to beginning this treatment for my 18 month old son. For

instance...Do I begin with the Fungal (Diflucan) first and wait a few

weeks for the Valtrex? Both at the same time? These kinds of

questions are troubling me. In addition, is there ever a time that

someone may do the anti fungal/anti viral while doing IVIG. My son

seems like he might be a great candidate for IVIG and I had this fear

that having his immune system treated at the same time he is possibly

having a " die off " reaction may be a good idea. Any thoughts would be

appreciated.
