Okay Will I apologize now if this is not something you want us doing,

but I know a lot of people are looking for ways to save money while

still staying healthy and this is related to food.

My mom introduced me to iherb.com about 2 years ago. I was looking for

a place to purchase my vitamins and personal care items for less then

I could at the coop. I love the coop, but they have to mark everything

up to make a profit, which is totally understandable. iherb has a huge

selection of vitamins and personal care items and not the crap ones

you can buy at Target or Walmart. Plus they have deals on shipping all

the time, so it cost hardly nothing or even $0 sometimes to ship.

Okay with that said. If you haven't checked out iherb.com and are

looking for a place to get good vitamins, etc., this is one site I can

recommend. I just bought my son some vitamins at one of the local

coops and then I remembered iherb might also sell the same type of

vitamin. Just checked the site and they do sell it and for about 40%

cheaper! That's a huge amount.
