I am currently on T3 therapy, I am not following 's protocol exactly. I

am currently at 22.5 mcg of T3. My body temp is at about 98.3 avg. I will be

increasing the T3 again. Do you have other symptoms beside the constipation and

mild fatigue? ON 's website there is a list of symptoms. Also have you

had your thyroid blood levels checked. A year ago when I first had my reverse

T3 checked, I was way above the normal range. This year it is now normal, this

is my second stint through the protocol. There is a doctor ( I think a

naturopath) in Mankato, she is on the website. She is certified by Dr.

. I am going to finish this round of therapy and if I feel I am still not

quite there, I am going to call her. It is a tricky thing to capture your

temperature. The Dr. I see right now, doesn't think the strict protocol is

necessary, but I have had this so long, I am really anxious to finally feel

normal. I would order Dr.

s Thermometer and take your temp three times a day in the manner he

recommends for a start.

email me outside the group if you have other questions.

WT3 Protocol

Somewhere around 5 years ago I eliminated white sugar and white bread

from my diet which cleared up my acne very well. I have been following

NT principles for no less than 3 years now, but I have mild fatigue

and constipation that has been persistent. Lately.. within the last

few months I have noticed increased constipation. I don't think I have

had huge shifts in my diet. After stumbling upon 's Temperature

Syndrome, I started checking my BBT and discovered that it's

consistently low. mid 96's are common. Could this be the answer I'm

looking for? Does anyone else have experience with this protocol and

how it worked or didn't for you? Thanks!

Interesting question. I haven't really thought about each symptom specifically

gone

I think it's gone

this one is hard to tell since I have an 11 mth old who has decided that nursing

at night is better than solid food during the day

I think it's gone, but it can be hard to tell; see previous comment

Same

same here too

same here too

don't know - not supposed to try while nursing

nursing affects this, so don't know

Sorry, I'm not sure my answers are all that helpful, though I really think that

I could not have gotten pregnant and carried the baby to term if it hadn't

helped.
