Does the SS indicate a quality rating? When I checked the internet for the

standards after the article in Nourishing Traditions it showed that some

equipment labeled as SS really wasn't very good. My stock pots are 18/10 which

are in the 300's but my pressure cooker is 200 which is not so good, it will

leach if I use it for anything acidic. The cheap ss stock pots that I bought

years ago don't even have a rating so I don't use them at all. June
