Guest guest Posted May 10, 2006 Report Share Posted May 10, 2006 They are very similar.Joe Bonomo also had a course called Vibro-Power,and there is a course out now called Vibro-Cise,all very similiar,as you hold each contraction until the muscles quiver,then hold seven seconds. I have followed Dynaflex,and it is great,I actually made some nice gains from it.I've talked to people who followed the other ones,and they love them,too. Today I use Bullworker3.
