Wasn¹t that a great guilt free desert? I wish we had more sources for good

apple cider. Alvin didn¹t have any this year. I bought what I could get at

Dan & Becky¹s. I bet you could pour a little apple cider over any fruit, add

spices and bake for a healthy desert. My family thought it was as good as

warm apple pie and ate the whole pan. I thought the tartness of the apple

cider and cranberries gave it some bite and it tasted better than sugar. My

husband is a blueberry addict, so will have to try that next.

I¹m glad you had a nice Thanksgiving dinner. Tell us what else you had that

was sugar and starch free. I rarely make gravy anymore. A really good bone

broth is lighter and tastes better to me. You can¹t get that taste unless

you make it yourself.
